"I entered my exact model of motorcycle to purchase a rear brake controller module for my recently installed led lights. I have ordered them before from J & P and they have always sent what I needed that plugged into the wiring harness. This time, I received a controller with plugs that did not match my wiring harness at all! I called them to exchange it and was at first told I could not exchange it since it was an electrical part. I explained that it did not match my plugs and was never plugged into the bike. After going back and forth for a few minutes, the girl finally told me to send it back to them and they would determine if they could exchange it or not! I packaged it up very neatly and sent it back as told. I am waiting at this time to hear from them if they will take it back!
I am very disappointed in them that first, they would send something other than would fit my particular bike after I entered the information. Being a gold club member, I have ordered a lot of products from them for various bikes I have owned."
