"sorry for the negative ...I ordered online with usps shipping as ups will not deliver in my area.. then rec'd an e-mail from ups stating the item had shipped with them...called in and was told it was already shipped and was on the truck and was told no it was shipped usps like I had requested ..then the next day rec'd a voice mail saying the item couldn't be shipped as it had a box # for an address on it. called again and was told again it was shipped ..stated .how could it be shipped if it had incorrect address ...cancelled order ..was told couldn't cancel as it was shipped ...then told you will look into it and e-mail me ....rec'd an e-mail the following day saying the order was cancelled ...I spent over an hour on the phone long distance and what I was told never made any sense ..will I order from you again....we will see... but I will be very cautious when I do."
