"They processed my order billed my credit card never shipped it, when I went to check on my Order it said cancelled. But because of their failure to tell me I lost purchasing it from another retailer at the same price. Customer service was not cooperative. They said the item was not available, however if you try to place an order on their site and the item is not avaible it won't let you add it to the basket. It was a screw up in shipping....I will never buy from them again due to their lack of communication from the begining to the end and their customer service dept could care less."
