"Ordered next day, they called to confirm, thrn never pulled or shipped order. After a fee hours on phone the order went out, they did eventually reimberse me the overnight shipping charge. But bike could npt be finished on time.
Then double billed my bank account almost $5000. Eventually corrected, but frustrating after previous errors.
I receieved heavy duty shovks instead of standard, they said once box was open id have to sell on ebay or something and buy new ones at $500. Was told inner primary meshes with block cover, they were wrong, stuck with an inner primary, they wont take it back.
I was promosed gift card for my troubles if i went down to store, i needed full front end anyway and was hoping they'd give me a good deal since id be spending a total of $4000 or so. Nope. Instead, i was told once i have my order picked out, they get me a gift card, and ship items to the house. So, i didnt get a goft card, and bow im selling new parts on ebay that they told me fit fine.
I complete the bike eith parts ordered through Harley, they exchanged everything that didnt fit, inudong fork tubes that jad to be longer.
Do yourself a favor, buy from a place that has an interest in retaining long term customers and stands by thier products and focuses on customer service. If i could have shipped everything i bought from them back, i would have. And this was while working with executives to correct the errors. just dissappointing given the money i was spending. Now i know. Wish i didnt drive 4 hours to the store for a gift card i didnt get though. No way i could spend more money there after all that. "
