"I have bought lots of parts from J&P Cycles for several bikes for many years. They have always been one of my favorite suppliers. I have recommended them to many people. However, my last order was missing a part. (a large luggage rack) I called customer service about it, and was told maybe I overlooked it in the box!
She assured me that she would investigate and call me the next day. (almost a week ago) I will be calling again tomorrow, and deciding if I will continue business with them or going to one of the other several suppliers with similar products and prices. "

"My bike was stock with 18 mm O2 bung with 18-12 mm reducer bushing and the thunder headers were delivered with 12 mm bungs wich did not fit my wide band O2. Site said will fit your bike. Well they didn't so I got on live chat and asked what I needed to do and they dude stoped responding so I had to have the bungs cut out and weld ing 18 mm bungs. I spent the money I saved by ordering through jp cycles fixing this screw up. Thanks jp great business!"
