"Everything was great. Just wish that buying something would trigger a......don't forget this....or that. Ordered blinker covers that were clear not realizing that I need red and orange bulbs. Ended up getting them locally Which is lost revenue for J&P Cycles. Also ordered 2 lens covers for the fender tips. I got 2 red bulbs with them. Now I have a red bulb in the front. Didn't see one for the front with an orange bulb. Maybe when I ordered the rear one, that would trigger a note to say....Do you need one for the front too?"

"I ordered as per the online catalog application, but my purchase was wrong. Had to return & reorder.

Also: Pet peeve: Texas residents are charged tax because someone in the office decided they may travel to Texas on occasions and take orders at events? Hardly a trade-off for the entire state paying TAX (like we don't already pay too much)

"Bought a shirt on the Internet, purchase went through. I guess it was out of stock, I kept waiting for it to arrive never came in. So I called about it, a semi rude lady answered I told her about my purchase, she told me the order had been cancelled and hung the phone up in my face. I called back and another person it was canceled because it was out of stock and that I would get credit back on my account. Was very disappointed and displeased about my experience. I don't leave bad reviews but I felt compelled to write one"
