Very dissappointed. I have purchased various items from J & P over the past 2 years and have always been delighted with the prompt service and delivery .
Past orders were placed by phone, speaking to cusstomer service directly and ordering with a representative, items usually arrive within 2-3 days.
First time placing an order online and am very dissatisfied. No sign of the 5 items I ordered 11 days later?
I am going to have to call J & P Cycles now and trace my order."

Mustang Seats; exceptional quality. 4.5 gal fuel tank was absolutely more than expected, had a harley look in it's form. Had surface rust, but it was just the way they packed it: Wrapped in plastic, sweats, but not inside, humidity. Not major."
