A window popped up asking if I needed help,in the former of a live chat window. Within 4 minutes he gave me a part number and I ordered the part. I would rather have my Mother in law move in than order from another company."

"On Feb 8, 2015, I placed an on line order and was issued an order #PO929261. I purchased a Gold Club Membership, 2 triple function LED teardrop taillights (605-412) and 1 load equalizer (340-300). When doing the on-line order, I checked the box saying to hold until the whole order was complete, in case something was backordered. When the online confirmation came through, the order showed only 1 taillight was shipped. I promptly called the order phone line to correct the order and the person said they would have to order another taillight (now #PO929293). During the conversation, they chose an incorrect shipping address and did not notice I was to receive the Gold Club Membership discount. I brought this to their attention and mentioned that now I would encounter an additional fee for using my shipping mail box. Later that same day, I get an email saying that the single taillight is now backordered. Another delay and this did not follow any of my instructions given in the original order. Certainly not a good experience & I'm still waiting. I have emailed J&P customer service and gotten no response."

"Ease of ordering and keeping track of shipment was great. Package arrived on time but when I opened the box with the new pipes p/ n 443-681, it had been opened someone had gone through the box. The way I can tell it was opened the box was glued shut and someone had ripped it open, not sure if I have the correct stuff or not. The fuel pak and air cleaner were in a separate box and were OK. "
