"I ordered a motorcycle helmet with the expectation that it would arrive within 3-5 business days, because that is what I was told by customer service when I called and asked. However when the helmet had not yet arrived a week later, I called to inquire about it. I was told it was on backorder with absolutely no eta! I cancelled my order and went and bought a helmet locally."
