A support agreement between Mustang and JP where we could quickly and easily return/exhange items that don't work/fit as intended, would make the experience quite a lot better. I also joined J&Ps Gold Club Membership. $39.95 for membership. Saved me $24.30 off of this purchase and I got free shipping. For the next year I will save 10% off of every purchase, and get free shipping on every order over $100. J&Ps price on this luggage was already lower than anywhere else, and I got another 10% off of that.
