"I ordered exhaust for my 2011 HD Crossbones and the delivery time said 2-3 weeks. Well, after that time passed I received an email saying that my exhaust would be on back-order indefinitely. I then called in and spoke to a J&P cycles customer service rep and asked how long was the exhaust on back-order, they said there was no way to know. I asked if they could contact the manufacturer to see how long and the customer service rep said no and that I'd just have to wait and see. That's BS! So I did their footwork and called the manufacturer myself and then found out that the exhaust that I had ordered was discontinued! If I would have waited like the J&P customer service rep said I should, I would've never received my exhaust! I had to change my order and get a different exhaust after waiting more than a month for my order. If you order something and get a back-order email, you'd better call customer service to find out what's going on and this may take you more than one call and you might have to do the work yourself. Buyer beware. "
