"I ordered more than one item, and needed both. It took over a week for the first item to arrive, so I had no other choice than buying the part locally and OEM at a ridiculously expensive price tag and have your part returned.
On the other hand I ordered a set of tires and I got them overnight, I've had an EXTENSIVE experience handling orders, shipments and deliveries. If you think it is complicated here in the USA try doing it overseas!
A suggestion that may help speed up your shipping process, when you don't have an item in stock, is having it ship for delivery to the costumer; direct from the supplier you are getting it from, there are many ways to do this identifying the item as a J&P product. On the long run, It ends up saving you money and more important it increases your costumer satisfaction, and confidence that fast delivery is a fact you can really depend upon when you order from J&P
