"They ship the cheapest and worst way possible. UPS

My order was shipped in 2 packets. First one was left on the side of my house in the rain. Totally soaked. The second one is still not delivered. UPS is shipping it everywhere except to me on a simple street address. Is it J&Ps fault? Ultimately they need a better shipper.

"I'm satisfied with the products I received but I'm very dissatisfied with the billing of my products. They billed me for my purchase then billed me again for each item. That was over $1000 tied up of my money that jp cycles didn't have authorized to do. I will definitely be shopping around for other places to buy from. "

There may have been a pre-authorization posted to your credit card to verify funds available, but that authorization falls off after a few business days, once the order ships.
