"Ordered throw over saddle bags and mounting brackets for my 2013 Harley wideglide. Asked for picture of brackets. Used the programme to see if they would fit my bike. Programme said NO. TECH SUPPORT said programme is wrong and they will fit. Rdceived brackets and guess what?they dont fit. How many times did i send make, model, year of my bike? At least 3 times and get brackets for a 2006-08 model. Now i will be out of pocket for shipping from Australia to USA for incompetance on jp cycles behalf as they dont refund shipping. Not happy. Will shop elsewhere now."
