"I ordered 2 parts from J@P. One of the orders went through and the other did not, so I called J@P to check the status of the first order since the second had already gone through. The customer service representative cancelled the second order (the one that went through) so now I had both orders essentially cancelled. In addition, my money was now in a hold status via my bank because those purchases were attempted by J@P. I spoke to a manager and made sure they were cancelled and had to wait about 5 days for my money to be released back to me by my bank. It was my first time ordering from J@P, so it left a bad taste. I give credit to the manager, but hope that they retrained the representative or moved him to a more suitable position. I will try to order from them again in the future, but I think I will call in my purchases from now on. "
