"I was very satisfied AFTER I called to find out why my order was kicked back. Seems that the helmet I ordered was not available in the Florida warehouse, therefore my money was refunded. When I called to ask why it shows In Stock online, I was told they should have pulled the order from Iowa. That order was placed, we got the helmet a few days later and absolutely love it! Going to buy another one next week!"

"Quick shipping online ordering easy. Tech help needs improvement was unfriendly , rude and acted as tho everyone should no what they do. The purpose of a help line is to help not make a caller feel stupid. One big draw to your web site is the advertisement of the free tech help for a average guy. "

"Received the items fairly quickly.had to run a tap thru the bolt holes and tap broke inside.Had to have holes retaped and broken tap removed cost me another 50.00 at a machine shop,I am not happy!!"

"Ordered a set of mirrors for my motor bike, when they were delivered one was distorted. I emailed J&P, once they established the mirror was indeed faulty they sent out a replacement the next day.
Very happy with the customer service and prompt action. They really do back their products.
