"While checking the details in my order confirmation email, I found that the shipping address contained an error (my mistake). The "Country" field indicated Canada, not the USA.
I immediately called Customer Service with this information, but the order was shipped without correction. Sure enough, the online tracking indicated that my order had been sent into Canada, although the city, state and zip code were correct for my USA shipping address. (Canadian Postal Codes are completely different from USA Zip Codes)
I made a second call to Customer Service, and A REPLACEMENT ITEM WAS SHIPPED TO ME OVERNIGHT!

"I ordered and received Memphis Shades mounting brackets and lowers for my 2008 Harley Fat Bob. I was told they would work with my Harley compact quick release windshield. They do work but I had to make some modifications to the brackets to make it happen.
The good news is that they greatly reduce the wind turbulence I was experiencing around my helmet. Previously I had an intolerable amount of buffeting around my head above 60 mph to the extent that my vision would be impaired at times. While there is still some turbulence it is reasonable now, even in windy conditions."
