"Some parts did require retapping of bolt holes and some bolts/screws were nonconforming/weaker than colony/US made. Overall, I found most items to be formfitting and satisfactory for functional use. I like the fact that you can get almost anything needed, the prices are affordable, and shipment is quick.

"This was the first time that I have ever purchased anything from this establishment and I'm starting to feel like it will be the last. I ordered a Big Radius exhaust and a few other things, and received my order with a piece of my exhaust missing. No big deal, I figure. I'll just call let them know and they'll send it right out to me.....WRONG!!
First off, my initial complaint went unreported, and if I had not called back two days later, I would still be waiting for you guys to call me with some sort of status.
Now come to find out I have to contact the manufacturer for my part, but I purchased it from you.......
I'm confused and very dissatisfied and if this situation is not rectified I will make it my business to let as many people as I know about my "VERY FIRST" impression of J&P Cycles

"Love the Vance and Hines Big Shot Pipes I purchased. However checking J & P website and V & H website when choosing these pipes nothing was said about not working with HD factory Saddle Bags. I do use the Bags and want proper support underneath right side bag. Customer service was helpful even thou they could not offer a bracket or solution. Good thing I can fabricate one on my own. I guess I just did not do enough homework and now I have to deal with it since I did not want to return the pipes. I would use J & P Cycles again, just do more homework. LOVE the pipes.

"My cc card number was wrong which was my fault but they had my address and name switched around with someone else. It took a 15 minute conversation to find my order and square it away . However, the woman I spoke with was very pleasant and helpful and I did recieve my order shortly afterwards. Mistakes happen and I'll do business again but I can't give more than 3 stars THIS time."
