"(Motorcycle Grips) The product received was very poor quality for the price charged, very unhappy when I received them.
(Lights) The picture showed two lights, that's what I though I was getting, instead I just received lens.
(Decal) When I was searching for patches, somehow decals were mixed in, I thought I was looking carefully, but apparently I ordered this in error and tried to stop when I received confirmation of the order and was told I couldn't stop the shipment. J&P Cycles on the other hand shipped very quickly and I was satisfied with the time in receiving the shipment and I did like having the return shipment label available to me for the return. Everything I ordered had to be returned.

"I went to the harley dealer near me for a vacuum switch for87 softail.He told me 78.74 and he would have to order it,it should be in in about a week.He checked inventory of local dealers and they didnt have it,I went home went to your website,ordered switch for 54.94 with standard shipping,and had my part in 3 days ."

"Ordered a PetCock for a 1994 Harley FLHTCU. Web-Site said 'will fit' the bike; Except when received the line-out was facing backwards and bike was facing forward. Doesn't work; friend who rides said he might have one and he did so 'exchanged' with him for the correct one. Life is good."

"Right off the bat someone calls me at accused me of fraud and was just rude all the way around. When I asked how and why am I being accused of fraud she would not tell me directly. No apologies were given and I was completely disrespected. That was my first and last time making an order with this company."
