"When searching for an Indian transmission door gasket on the web site, I bought what I thought was the correct part. I paid express shipping because we needed it for a customer's bike. When we received the gasket, it was for a 6 speed transmission and not even close to being the correct for the application. I called to inform customer service and they said they would credit it back, and I still haven't seen the credit on my card. Not sure if it was credited to my "account" or what, but I won't be ordering from them anyway so that's $17 down the tube. "
