"Customer service is a joke. First when placing my order online somethin happened with my card so they called me to get he payment info. Then the call dropped so I called them back. The lady over the phone processed to tell me that a few of my item were out of stock (when it showed on line that they were) then she pushed me to just cancel the order and replace It. So I did... I place my order and pay for 2 day shipping.. An extra 40 bucks or something. I get my stuff 4 days later and they sent me the wrong pipes!!! So now I had to send them back. And in this process over the phone the guy gives me the new part number for the exchange. Ok. I send the pipes back. And just to make sure that they were doing their job right. I called back in to make sure everything was square for the exchange. So I do and the guy over the phon told me they put the New part number in the notes and it was for SHOCKS not the right PIPES! Idiots. Luckily I called in cause they would have mailed my SHOCKS.. So I just told them to refund my money. I went to revilla.com and ordered the new pipes. I got em in 2 days, didn't have to pay extra for the shipping. In fact it was free, and they sent me the right pipes. Thank God. jP CYCLES SUCKS. I'm out. "
