"I order brake calipers for my bike by model number. I paid and received the confirmation email. The confirmation email showed a right front caliper, but my bike has a left front caliper so i contacted the online chat customer service to explain my concern. The customer support rep confirmed that the part I ordered was for my bike and that their part description was in error. I asked if it was wrong would they make it right? The rep said that they absolutely would. Well, it came in and is the wrong side part. I reached back out for help and they directed me to the refund process, but did not offer any resolution to getting the proper part. I just want proper brakes, i am willing to spend money for them. It isn't about the $500+, it is about getting the correct part! Poor technical support!"
