"We have 9 year old HDs in very good condition. Finding a direct replacement and in this case an upgrade from stock headlight to an LED was very easy on the online site due to the filters you can add while shopping. The site allowed us to narrow down to what is available within a few clicks, now that's great customer service. We received what we ordered, installed the replacement headlights and they work very well. We will be shopping from J&P again."

"I ordered 3 bottles of ride on tire balancer and sealer to put in my new tires I just put on my bike . I received my order of 3 bottles of ride on but they did not send the 5 inch tubing or the valve stem core remover. I called customer service to ask them to send me the tubing and core remover that is supposed to come with product and was told I would have to return the product and they would send me new ones I didn’t have time for all of that ridiculous nonsense because I was leaving to go on a trip with my bike in a few days so I had to go purchase the tubing and core remover to install the ride on . To me that is a waste of time and money on j-ps part to go through all of that when they could have just sent me the tubing and core remover that they shorted me to begin with. Bad customer service!"

Even after chatting with them and being told it was in packing phase and I should get an email notifying me of shipping it was 7 more days before it actually shipped. "
