"They have one part which is the lower bolt gasket for the float bowl. I also ordered the float bowl gasket itself. They keep me updated as to when the manufacture will get one to them. Its not their fault it is not delivered. It will get here when they send it to Jacks."

"I needed to order tines for a pull-behind plugger. I called the store where I purchased it several years earlier. They told me I had to call Jack's Small Engines and gave me the phone# and part# MSDE.36.14. The service tech that answered my call took the part# and quickly told me the part was no longer available. This made no sense b/c the unit is still being manufactured and sold. The tech offered no options or further help. I called the store again and was told that the tech was likely incorrect and suggested I try Jack's website. I did this and found the part quickly. I ordered, paid and received the part within 2 weeks. I have worked in customer service for 40 years and was not impressed with your service tech."
