"First off my genset is 24 yrs old. I bought new is '10. I first discovered Jacks in '17 after Maria. The latest issue was a defective magneto. I ordered one online, but it was the wrong style and then from Jacks. My first try I had no spark. I received another installed it and it was fine. Put the engine back together and again, no spark. I started to remove the housing and noticed a loose wire on the On/Off switch. Connected it and it worked. I then checked the original Jack's magneto and it too worked. I am now awaiting resolution on returning/paying for the original unit. This is a really good company to deal with
