"I had ordered in mid-October a couple parts for a 97 briggs carburetor. There were two parts which when I checked said on-extended delay from manufacturer. I then waited with no update and the parts being listed as on extended delay from manufacturer. I called in mid-November to inquire about the order and was told it would be late January before those parts came in. I was able to cancel the order with a full refund very easily. The customer service rep was very candid about the delivery of the parts and made it extremely easy to cancel the order and receive my money in full, this I am very appreciative of. I would've liked to have been told more specific information before I had called to ask about the parts. Over-all a good experience, I can appreciate supply-chain issues."

Then the right part is on back order when supposedly they had it in stock. No communication from them. Over a month later and all I have is a washer that I paid $15 for because the other part wont come in"
