I would suggest switching your mail carrier AWAY from USPS as my order got lost (iPad) and they had to reship. The service person mentioned that USPS has been having issues with them too. FedEx and UPS might cost more, but the tracking and reliability seem 10-fold. 5 Stars if you allow the shipping method choice."

"First off, the product shipping was delayed and although not long, it was annoying. Secondly, I was shipped the wrong product. I ordered an 16gb iPad4 but received a 32gb iPad3 (they did send they iPad 4 cable, however). I could have sent it back but decided to keep the iPad3 and avoid all the hassles and aggravation of dealing with the vendor. The iPad3 will meet my needs and was in decent condition. It will be my last order from Jemjem, though. "
