I took it to my cleaners to steam out as it was just shipped in a brown cardboard box inside out inside of a plastic bag. It looks like a $600 dress at least! "My mother found this site on her own and found a dressed she loved for a wedding we have coming up. So I went ahead and ordered the dress for her.
The dress came and she tried it on but it didn't fit.I had already checked that it had a 7 day return policy so we planned to return and get the next size up.
Instead of waiting to hear back from them about the return I immediately ordered another dress in a different size in order to make sure it was here in time for the wedding. And figured I could contact them on the weekday about the return.
We are going on the 3rd day with going back and forth with no real solution but that they can't accept the dress back. They have offered me a 20% refund to keep the dress but they will absolutely not take the dress back. Basically they are saying its not their fault the dress is too small for my mother.

UPDATE: Since my review I have talked to customer service over and over and they apologized for the miscommunication. They have agreed to take the return and give me a full refund for the dress. They sent me a return form and with clear instruction on how to send the dress back and when to expect my refund once I do. Also stating they would give me a discount on any future order.
Like I said before my mother loved the dress so the product was never the problem I just didn't want to be stuck with the cost of 2 dresses.

"The dress was finished to a very high quality. Lovely dress, true to size and colour was gorgeous. The only thing was that it was supposed to have tulle material which I was delighted with, however when the dress arrived it was organza instead. I did take the organza from the skirt as it made it too puffy and the underskirt was so nice. All in all a lovely dress."

I should have used the measuring guide for my exact size instead of just ordering what I usually wear. My friend ordered a dress too - and we were both scrambling to find another dress at the last minute. I would order again, but will use the special order measurement feature.
