The dress does fit from the ribcage down but the top portion is made for someone with a 36C bustline. Its huge on top and impossible for me to wear. I was on vacation when the dress arrived and had passed the 7 day point of being able to return it. I learned my lesson and will never order anything from JenJenHouse again."

"I ordered a dress for my son's upcoming wedding. The dress is hideous, bulky, too much material, poorly sewn and completely unacceptable. Makes a size 10 look like a size 18. I will never wear it. I refuse to pay custom charges to return this dress. I have been in contact via e-mail almost every day since delivery asking for a refund. I WILL NOT send photos. I will, however, take the necessary steps to ensure that all monies are refunded to my account."

"So far my experience has been very bad. We ordered my daughter a prom dress 4wks ago, and it still hasn't shipped. Prom is this coming weekend, so we had to scramble to find a replacement. I've learned a costly lesson & will not repeat this mistake next year. I've requested that they cancel my order, as the product hasn't shipped and refund my money. We'll see how that goes.

"Estoy muy descontenta con jejenhouse. Cuando haces el pedido, en ningun sitio te avisan que tienes que pagar además de los gastos de envío elevados (18 euros) un plus de 52 euros de aduanas! Total que lo que parece barato al final no lo es, al precio del vestido hay que añadirle 70 euros desde España. Además el vestido estaba fatal hecho, el forro estaba cosido del revés, una autentica chapuza, tuve que llevarlo a una modista para que me lo arreglara. No lo recomiendo para nada!
Tengo que decir, que después de escribir ésto, se han puesto en contacto conmigo y hemos llegado a un acuerdo para compensar los gastos de aduanas. Por lo que respecta a la atención postventa, no tengo ninguna queja."
