"I had a very negative experience with JenJenHouse. The dress was quite different from the photo online, and I feel like I'm in a heavy cardboard box when I put it on. Within less than a day of receiving the dress, one of the button casings fell off--something I will have to fix on my own, since I refuse to pay anything to mail it back to JenJen just for them to probably make another mistake. The material is clearly poor quality, since the dress weighs a ton; even though I paid a lot for it. Overall, I would never recommend anyone to purchase dresses from JenJen. I would have returned my dress immediately, but it's a bridesmaids dress and therefore we all have to match. "

"Unfortunately, I don't have a good review on my dress.The style and color was exactly what I needed, but I was disappointed this dress was heavy with breast pads, and I paid extra for it to be to my measurements it was not and last but not least the dress for supposed to be KNEE length it was not!!!! I was very disappointed because JenJen House would not do anything about my concerns, so I am not happy because that is money that I lost!!!! Will not return as a customer"

"The Dress I ordered was beautifully tailored and was shipped to me really fast. There was one little issue but it's not a big deal. The hook was missing a fastener in the back of the dress.
