"Do not order a dress from this fraudulent website! You will not receive the dress in the picture and you will not be able to make a return! There is no phone number nor is there an address. You can send a message by email with your complaint but no one will respond. They are a fake company sending dresses from China. I am very disappointed and have lost 170.00!"

"My daughter bought a ball dress after looking at local shops and being shocked at the price. When the dress arrived it was exactly as it was in the picture and it was excellent quality and fantastic value for money. We ordered a custom fitted dress which was well worth the small additional fee. The dress also arrived well before we required it despite it being custom made and we were able to track progress on the jenjen website. We will definately use them again and will be recommending them to all our friends!!!"

"I am really disappointed that I cannot refund a dress for my mother that does not fit appropriately, is uncomfortable, and the color is not what we thought. It is also heavy with major padding in the dress. If you are ordering a dress read the return and refund policy before ordering. You cannot return dresses for multiple reasons and you have to have pictures in order to even ask for a refund. The customer service is also not good. They say they will respond within 24 hours and I have sent multiple questions and they never respond until I put something on their facebook site. Be careful ordering from Jen Jen House!"

"I just received my wedding dress (4 days early!!) from Jen Jen house, and am COMPLETELY thrilled. I ordered the "Mermaid sweetheart chapel train satin tule wedding dress with lace" (#002012605) with custom measurements and it's beautiful! The quality i great, the fit is good (may take it in to a tailor to make it fit even better, something you almost always have to do with your wedding dress...) and it's not heavy at all. I did my own measurements, but you may want to have someone else do them. I ordered the dress in Ivory, and the color is true. The lace is very nice - does not look cheap or tacky.

I am writing this review for those of you that have considered ordering from JenJen but may have read poor reviews or are nervous about ordering online. I don't mean to discredit those who had a bad experience, but you should;t dismiss JenJen based on these cases. I was so worried after ordering when I read those horrid reviews, and am now so relieved that my dress is so pretty!!! Thank you JenJen!"

"This is the answer to the issue of having a beautiful wedding dress and payin to much for a wedding dress that you will wear just once (and probably not even for the whole night). These designs rival any of the designs that cost thousands of dollars and they cost one-tenth the price. The material is not silk/satin or anything high end, but it has the same look a the costly materials. Also, had my dress been made of satin as it appeared to be, it would have weighed 20 lbs more and in the summer heat I would have passed out. With the lightweight nylon material, it was airy and flowing and comfortable. Buying online may mean you'll need alterations, but my dress cost me $228 and I paid $100 in Taylor fees so I got a ready-to-wear dress for less that $350. You can't beat that deal and still have the beauty that these dresses have. The only thing I didn't like was that the dress was shipped in a little box, all balled up."

"I've ordered a couple of dresses from this side and I have only prase for the side and the process. The side, the service and the products came up to my expectations and even surpassed them.

I've never before encountered a side with so much to choose from at such high quality, and even at so low costs!

Even though I live in a country abroad there was no trouble with neither the payment, the shipping, the transport or the quality of the product when it arrived. The transportation didn't last long either and the customer can even choose how urgent the delivery is.

The help available during the shopping and shipping was absolutely perfect. If you ask something they are sure to answer quickly and thoroughly. The way everything is managed is top proffesional and I have only praise to the staff of JenJenHouse.

"FANTASTIC dress and service!!
So I figured it was a risk getting my wedding dress online, but all the ones I tried on in shops were around £3k and I can't justify that for a dress you wear once. Then I saw a dress on Jenjenhouse which was combination of my two favourite designs and at a fraction of the cost - I figured it was worth the gamble!

The dress arrived VERY quickly and was well packaged. I had to pay a customs shipping charge from the courier - just FYI! I also ordered a dress bag, hoop and veil which were delivered with the dress.

As other reviews say, the pictures don't do it justice! I ordered mine in ivory and the thread of the detailing is a LOVELY silver/gold colour with a lot more warmth than I was expecting.

I had paid for the custom fitting and as I was losing weight I estimated a few inches smaller and it fitted beautifully. I was always planning on having some a final dress fitting done locally but all she did was shorten the length, move the back panel to be a little further across and add one more 'pinch' at the front. Very minor alterations, which were completed quickly and cheaply.

When my husband first saw me in this dress on our wedding day, his jaw literally dropped, he had tears in his eyes and he said WOW repeatedly for a solid 5 minutes! The desired effect me thinks! :-)

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Jenjenhouse - in fact i already have to several people! "
