"I am a frequent shopper and always enjoys my dresses, they fit perfectly and are usually to my expectations. I do find however that the chiffon products I order have sloppy hem lines and are usually quite frayed by the time they reach my door.

JenJenHouse usually ships very fast but after paying for the items and shipping fee I am always upset when the delivery service asks for another $100-$200 dollars. I would prefer ALL costs are upfront so there is no suprises.

I have tried asking a request of the customer service team previously and my experience was horrible. They could not accomidate a simple request and in turn I had to shop elsewhere.

I do however like the pricing and products provided and will shop again in the future"

"I bought jewelry for my bridesmaids from this website and one of the neckaces was received broken. I did not open the package, i contacted customer service to get a replacement they would not replace the item nor provide a refund. I really wanted just the item replaced. I will NEVER shop at this website again. Bad customer service and they do not value there customers. I don't think offering 40% off to order another one is fair. I spent over $100 in combination with both orders that I have placed with them and paid over $12 in shipping. They are horrible and would NOT recomend them to ANYONE!!!!"
