"I ordered my wedding dress from JenJen House. Although I was very skeptical of ordering I took the chance because I live in a very remote community with no place to shop locally for wedding apparel. The construction of the dress is impressive, the shoes are beautiful and the little evening bag is a gorgeous finishing touch.
I found JenJen House very responsive to my inquiries. They were very understanding and quick to resolve any issues that arose.

"left me high and dry 125 euro down and no dress to show for it. customer service is appalling and i now have to run around at the last second to find a dress for my upcoming event and without the money i had budgeted for it. disaster would not recommend and has put me in tears more than once.
really wish i had never heard of them.


this is an update, jen jen house have contacted me by phone which i appreciated as i needed to speak to someone. we have resolved the issue now, the lady that i spoke to on the phone was straight with me and resolved the issue to the best of her ability and quickly. so thankfully this is now resolved. thank you"

"I saw an ad for this site, at the time I was looking for a nice dress that was NOT black for once, to use for special occasions. This site has a GREAT selection, at affordable prices! I was blown away.
I fell completely in love with the dress I ordered, and it wasn't even that expensive, so I just HAD to have it!
And SO cheap cost for custom size - I REALLY need it, because even though I'm 18 years old, I have the body of a child, so I can never find dresses that fit me.
I heard a lot of rumors about the site, either that the dresses were PERFECT for weddings and such, or totally horrible and bad quality. I didn't really know what to think! But I ordered anyway.
And you know what? I don't regret it!
It took 1,5 week to make (with some back-and-forth discussion about the size) and only 4 days to ship all the way to Norway, I was impressed! So I was SO excited when the DHL delivery man came to my door!
I put it on right away, and I thought it looked very big, but it actually fit me perfectly!
I love it so much, and hopefully I will use this for a lot, especially in the summertime!

"I was very happy with JenJen House. I purchased some wedding shoes from them - their range was huge so I was spoilt for choice. They kept me updated as to when my order was processed, despatched etc and I received the shoes really quickly. The quality was good and the shoes looked lovely. The only negative thing I have to say is that the strap is a little thick and is difficult to get through the buckle. Other than this, all good!"
