I ordered my wedding dress online, (made to measure) with a little trepidation as I had not ever done anuything like this before, but can tell you that I was reassured by the Jen Jen house consultants that all would be fine and kept up to date with all the stages of the dress being made,

Communication was done to the tee, my dress arrived as promised and looked absolutely divine on fitting me perfectly. I cannot thank you enough as you are truly professionals in your field and I would recommend this Company to anyone looking for a wedding dress, a prom dress or even a guest dress!

"My experience of JenJenhouse was absolutely great! Actually I was affraid that I would never see either the dress nor my money back. Instead within 5 days (!) there was a delivery guy at my door in Finland (Espoo) and the dress was exactly as it is in the online store image. I had to resize the chest at the local tailor (which I knew when I was ordering since my chest is very small :-)) and even she praised the quality of the dress. I was very happy and very satisfied. "We received the dress ordered VERY quickly. The only downside was that it didn't fit exactly right. We did take it in to a local seamstress to have it worked on which obviously added to the costs. It seems that there should be another measurement that would help with sizing for bustier people. In any case, we are very satisfied with the quality of the dress and even with the additional alterations should come in at much less than we would have paid to buy it at home."

MUY INSATISFECHA CON EL COSTO, ES ENGAÑOSO; en el momento en que realizo la compra por internet indico que el país de entrega es España. JenJenHouse me informa que el costo total del envío es de 29.87€, sin indicar nada más, por lo que asumo que el costo total del envío es de 29.87€. Al recibir el paquete el transportista me comunica que DEBO PAGAR 40€ MÁS, puesto que JenJenHouse NO SE HACE CARGO DEL COSTE DE LA ADUANA EN ESPAÑA, información que yo desconocía y que JenJenHouse DEBE INFORMAR (y NO informa) EN EL MOMENTO DE LA COMPRA. Eso sin tener en cuenta que he comprado artículos en otras páginas de China y Japón y NUNCA he tenido que pagar 70€ en total por el envío!!!

**Respecto a los artículos que compré:
- CALZADO TACÓN: Insatisfecha, calidad mucho más baja de lo que esperaba.
- VESTIDO DAMA DE HONOR: Regular. Pagué un plus de 14.10€ para que me lo hicieran a medida (Custom Size); en general se me ajustaba correctamente pero el cuello que me iba muy largo, de forma que lo tuve que arreglar yo en casa!
- BOLSO DE NOCHE: Satisfecha, era lo que esperaba.
- ROPA ÍNITIMA: Satisfecha, era lo que esperaba.

**VALORACIÓN GENERAL: MUY INSATISFECHA."
