"I have been attempting to resolve an issue with Jen Jen House since my HIDEOUS dress arrived. The colours shown on the website are nothing like the colours of the dress that arrived. The "champagne" colour is yellow and the "brown" which appears on their site to be a light,latte colour is an awful, awful , awful brown! Jen Jen's representative continues to claim that I am not entitled to a refund because I received the garment in the colours that I ordered. I have advised them that, even allowing for colour variation on different computers, the colours of the garment that they sent is not even close to their samples. They first offered a 25% discount, then made a final offer of $50. I was prepared to compramise by requesting a $100 refund instead of the full refund (which I still believe that I am entitled to)as I will never wear this dress and I would never have ordered it in the colours. Their final response -
"We are afraid that $100 will never be a deal. The best we can offer is AU$50. It's up to you whether to accept it or not"

"I found the perfect dress in a store for £1200. After visiting jenjen website they offered the same dress, custom fit, shipped with dhl for £175. The
questions I asked the team before purchasing were answered promptly and efficiently. The dress arrived within 21days of ordering and fits perfectly. With the huge price savings I expected some compromise on quality, fabric, finish etc but this was definitely not the case. It exceeded my expectations and was exactly the same quality as the £1200 dress. I couldn't be happier! In fact I will now order my 4 bridesmaids dresses from jenjen as well. I can't praise the service enough and will recommend jenjen to as many people as possible!"

"My wedding dress arrived before it was due which was fantastic. There were a few alterations necessary due to workmanship which wasn't ideal, but what was great is that JenJenHouse had sufficient after sales care to sort it out for me and refund a proportion of the dress. Overall I would therefore recommend as the dresses are very good value for money. The only thing I did not realise is that you are responsible for import duty which added about 20% on top of the cost of my dress that I didn't anticipate, so it is worth keeping that in mind when you order."

One for my 17 year old daughter for her formal and one for myself for my husband end-of-year ball. Both dresses arrived on time and were amazing.
