"I am getting married on the 18th of Feb 2013 & anyone who has had to organise a wedding, it can be very stressful & part of that is finding your dream dress, however not paying the earth for it. I spent a lot of time searching for my dress in shops & online, when I came accross JenJenHouse I wasn't sure if it was a good idea to trust buying something so important with someone who you have never bought with before. But I can honestly say I am so glad I did. Will be getting a little altered as I have lost weight and the train is really long. I ordered a petticoat with this dress which makes me feel and look like a cupcake, which i like, i think i will need to order a different petticoat though so that it sits well with the dress,

"I was very dissatisfied with Jen Jen House. When i first ordered my dress i found that the price was expensive, but by the picture i saw of the dress i thought it would be worth it. But then when i actually recieved the dress it was completely different. It looked nothing like the picture on the website, there was a small tear in the fabric, and the zipper would not work. The color was not even close to what i thought it was! I tried contacting JenJenHouses Costomer Service twice and it was horrible. They never sent me an email back about returning the dress, but a few days later emailed me about new offers on dresses. For the quality of the dress you recieve, JenJenHouse is way OVER priced. I would NOT recommend them to anyone at all, i was very unhappy, and hope no one has to go through this. "

After contact with Jenjen house they asked for photo's - i have sent 20 photo's showing measurments and now they will not contact me back - i have an important event on soon and would like a full refund or dresses made again with correct sizes. "NOT HAPPY AT ALL!!! I ordered from this company only due to the fact that they stated if not 100% happy, I could return the dress. I ordered the dress and it was nice but no where did it state about the padded bra's which my daughter did not need any. It made the dress look bulky on her, not flattering at all!! I followed the directions on the website for the dress to be returned which I was informed not to return it because they do not actually have a store or storage facility but they would offer me a 20% return. "TERRIBLE do not order from JenJen house. I ordered a dress, it arrived late, looked nothing like the picture the materials were cheap, it was poorly stitched and it was way to big to be the size 10 I ordered. The payment amount on the invoice that arrived was not only wrong but was half the price I actually payed. I have tried to contact Jen Jen house to ask about a refund and i have heard nothing back from them for weeks.

"IT is true what they say in other reviews, you do pay extra for EU customs and they do change the pictures! I ordered a wedding dress that was finished in 15 days, just how they said, shipped to Spain via DHL in only 2 days; very fast, but paid 42 Euros customs from Germany and Spain, which does not make sense to me. The dress is rather bigger than the size 6 that I measured, had it altered; from far away it looks impressive, lots of ruffles, several layers to sustain the mermaid look,but only if you're not too picky about the poor stitching under, with threads coming out. They did change the picture after I paid, and realized they changed the ruffles edges, again if you're picky and want only that dress, expect something different to arrive! But they have a good customer service, they replied within the day of my inquiry, had to later change the shipping address. Overall, it is an amazing wedding dress for a 200-euro price, but only if you're on a budget and can ignore the imperfect details."

"I would strongly advise people not to order anything of this website. my dress came in time but it was an entirely different dress than the one which i had ordered. when i returned to the website, they had changed the display picture of my dress, which is a total scam. the dress was entirely different. i have emailed jenjen twice now with no reply. the customer service is disgraceful and i hope that nobody falls into the same trap i did, with no refund and dressless for an event in a few days time. EXTREMELY unhappy"

"I receved a beautiful lilac dress :)10 days after ordering on net with PayPal. And I got it all the way from big Kina to little Norway very fast. They send it on Monday, and two days after I get it when i was at work, because DHL in Bodø(Norway) knows where I work :)
