At first I had a little bit problem to believe if it can be functional to arrange a wedding dress for such a long distance only via internet without personal contact with tailor. But I must say all communication with JenJenhouse was very quick and functional. I felt support from them also in my special wishes. When I received my wedding dress I was absolutely fascinated – it was exactly the wedding dress from my dreams!!! Wonderful quality, material, color, style – everything. It was the same like on the picture – but it was also much more than I waiting for. Thanks to this dress I will feel magnificently during my important wedding day. "This is the first time I have ordered from Jen Jen website.. and I love Jen Jen I received my 4 custom made evening dresses in around a week and a half from hong kong to the UK which is amazing!. They arrived yesterday.. They are simply stunning, very very well made a lot of love, care and hard work went into them - stitching is impeccable - that good you could wear them inside out!, the fabric is of a very high quality totally faultless, I got what i ordered looked exactly like the pictures, and they were custom made to my exact measurements with nice little tags on. The team were very helpful and quick to respond to any questions I had. The website and measurements /sizing guide is all there if people take the time to be bothered to read it, as i see below from others comments.. its clear they have not. I just want to say a massive thank you to Jen Jen who are truly brilliant would recommend to anyone and will definitely purchase from them again. Well Done Jen Jen team. Just one thing I will say as well if you are in the UK or anywhere that charges importation tax. You will get a bill and have to pay it at the door before the parcel will be left.. its around £74 for the 4 dresses i ordered. But when you keep in mind the quality of the dresses and the very reasonable price. Its still an absolute Bargain. Happy Shopping. "

"Been trying to sort out my wedding dress issues for the last week. Their return policy is a joke and they are liars. Might be a good place to get a dress if they don't screw it up by sending you the wrong one. Not only did they screw up the size(I ordered a custom one to avoid this), the COLOR is wrong, closure is entirely different and beading is yet again, wrong.

After being called a liar and told that all they could do was refund me 20% for giving me a dress that wasn't pictured and going back and forth for days they are prepared to take the dress back with a full refund. They messed it up so now I am hooked with the shipping back(which they will reimburse me for in the form of a paypal coupon) and $65 in duties to get my money back..

Absurd customer service. I will never order from them or any overseas company like it again thanks to Jen Jen House. You get what you pay for, an expensive headache."

"JenJenHouse has so many styles, that it is easy to find one that is just right. I was looking for a mother of the bride dress in a similar style to the bride's, but more modest (not strapless). I found the perfect style (tiered skirt, organza, with short/sheer sleeves), just needed to decide on the color before ordering (& wait until closer to the wedding so my measurements would be accurate). The color swatch book, which I received very quickly, was extremely helpful and very inexpensive shipping. I can now order the dress and rest assured that the color will match accent colors for the wedding."

"I ordered a dress for a party, the communication by email was fab and dress came in time as stated!
Unfortunately the dress was not to my liking and I was disappointed in the stitching on dress so I contacted to return, and after a long time I eventually got full refund on dress and postage.
They we always good on keeping in touch by email to let me know what was happening! "

I requested the satin samples and the fabric was much heavier that I expected.

I've not yet ordered my dress - the one I was looking at is no longer available, so back to the drawing board there! At least I know I'm happy with the fabric quality when I choose another one. "

"i have just recieved my wedding dress and jacket from jenjen house to which i must admit i was very sceptical once i had ordered and extremely nervous and anxious has what i would recieve.but i am extremely pleased with both items the quality the fit eveything about the dress and jacket are just what i ordered .i am a very happy bride to be.the fit is perfect and the colour.thankyou jenjen for my gorgeous dress.the cost was brilliant plus it only took three weeks once odered.can't fault them.excellent."

"The selection is amazing, & I really love the fact you can have any dress custom made to your measurements. I'm very short & finding off-the-shelf formal clothing that fits me well is impossible. Even ordering a custom fit, I received the dress weeks before I expected it. I did have a slight problem, I ordered gold embellishments & the seamstress mistakenly made them in silver. I contacted customer service, got an immediate reply with an apology. Ultimately, I kept the dress & JenJen House gave me a discount. The dress was perfect in every other detail except the embellishment color, and the work was beautiful. "Ordered two dresses for a surprise vacation for my wife and I for when I return from Afghanistan in a few weeks. Ordered the dresses according to her sizes (same as the ones hanging in her closet). First off, the dress arrived late then I found out that the dress was the wrong size. The company says to bad, I should have returned it sooner. They dont care that I was in Afghanistan AND the dress was delivered AFTER the expected date.
They also admitted that they dont use the same sizing that we use in the US. So a 36" bust size for them is more like a 28" and what they call a size 10 is more like a size 8.
They refuse to make it right for us so I will NEVER do business with them again. Buyer beware!"
