"I've ordered three dresses from JenJen House and they were absolutely beautiful dresses. Ordering was pretty simple and I received the dresses both times very promptly. I had a bit of difficulty returning the first dress due to a sizing problem. I found it hard to go through the process of returning, however the second dress was absolutely perfect. It fit like a glove. Being a 6'1'' slender female, it is so hard to find clothing that's long enough and doesn't cost an arm and a leg. My body is hard to fit, and as I said, the dress was stunning & LONG ENOUGH!! I recommend JenJen House and their personal/custom options. Once I receive my refund, I will change refund score to score them perfect. :)"

It arrived on time. I was surprised how small the box was that it came in to be honest. I was abit worried. When i took it out the box it exploded into the big dress. Phew! Unfortunately the dress did have some defects. There was a tear in the mesh and holes etc. This was very dissapointing. On closer examination, the bead work on the dress is GLUED, not stitched. It is very cheaply made to be honest. But for a £130 what did i expect?!
I reported the damage to jenjenhouse and they did offer me a 25% refund to get the dress fixed in which i excepted. They also said that when it left the depot the QC examined the dress and there where no defects. So I am not sure when these defects happened. It certainly was from me, so maybe it was from the people that packed the dress into such a small box. I have decided to sell the dress on now, as to be honest it didnt look right on me. So just be warned if you are buying a dress from China, dont expect to be able to send it back, its not that easy. You would lose more money and time and the stress isnt worth it. I would say that the dress does look amazing (from a distance) but like i said, its not top quality materials and not top quality seamstressing. "

"The dress we ordered and received is ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS!! The dress arrived EARLY, and the quality of the dress fabric and workmanship truly EXCEEDED my expectations! Because the dress is white, I was concerned about it being too sheer. However, the dress is fully lined and has boning in the bodice, and even has an extra hidden strap closure in the back to ensure a perfect fit. Their customer service was wonderful before and after I placed my order and they were quick to respond to my questions and concerns. "My dress came a week early! I put in my measurements and it fits me perfectly. I was pleasantly surprised to see hooks sewn into the back (like a bra). The dress is so light and the inside of the skirt is so soft. I was a little concerned that the satin and organza would look different in red, but it looks great! I can't wait to wear it to the Marine Corps Ball in November! Their site is shopper friendly and they so much selection. I will definitely be using them again! "
