"I am absolutely happy with quality of the goods that I have ordered and the customer service that they provide. I took the risk to ordered not only my wedding dress which is amazing, but the bridesmaid dress, plus the flower girl dress and one official dress for me for the wedding that I am going after mine. Each detail is perfectly done. Please, bare in mind that I am pregnant and my wedding dress was done especially for me. I will definitely order next time with them If I need official dresse. The quality deserves each penny that I paid.
I had only one issue but this is not connected with JenJenHouse.com at all. I had problems with DHL Bulgaria. My goods was at the Airport Sofia on 6th of August and I succeed to receive the package just today on 15.08... Definitely next time I will know the all Customs Rules ... "
"Terrible do not do business with these people. My daughters sweet 16 dress came with a bust too big for a stripper to fill out and due to the beading could not be tailored. instead of fixing the problem they tried to get me to order another dress from them at a discount. I have been trying to resolve this for almost 3 weeks and now I have to run out and find another dress for her party."
"I generally don't do reviews online, unless I buy something from ebay but after dealing with this company, I really wanted to write something down to warn others NOT TO DEAL WITH THEM.
Although the purchasing went well and they were very quick to take the money and the products got to me only in 10 days, once there was a problem, it became a very different issue.
As it said on the website, you have to get in contact with the company within 7 days if there is a problem with the merchandise, which I did. In fact I email the customer support through their website on the same date that I've got the goods, it was 30.7.2012. It took constant chasing and emails for 11 days before I got any sort of answer and then it wasn't great. All they have offered me is to either give me 20% of the cost of the goods back, which equates to about £12.12 or to return the goods to them.
One of the goods was not how it was described on the website but it is usable and I'm ok with it. The other one, I have to do some repair to it if I want to use, but to tell you the truth I don't think that I will.
I did say that because of my bad experience, they should at least give me the cost of shipment back, which was about £14.29 and some of the cost of the goods, basically £30 (as the total order was for £44.82). But when I've got the answer back all it said that because they paid £14.29 to shipment company and I only paid £30.53 for the goods that it left them with very little profit.And to may be make me feel a little better they could increase my refund to £14 in order for me to keep the goods and that's it.
Overall, I would not in a million years deal with them ever again. Yes, the products look great and they are dispatched quickly. However, if there is a problem then the customer service is non-existent and good luck in either getting any sort of compensation back, as there is no concern for customer satisfaction at all.
I'm still in negotiations with them as to what's going to happen but I don't hold much hope for any sensible resolution, as all they care about it profit and if a customer is not happy, then ... oh well??!!

"I just received my dress and I can't even get the zipper to unzip so I can try it on! I went on the website to find a phone number so I could speak to someone about returning it, but a phone number doesn't exist. The inquiry form for returns doesn't actually submit either. So then I tried the "Live Chat". I typed in a message and sent it. Then a message popped up saying "someone will get back to you in 24 hours" - how exactly is that a live chat? "I ordered my 3 bridesmaids dresses from Jen Jen House. I asked so many questions, requested a number of photos and bought sample cards. I was always given a through and prompt response. When I received all 3 dresses I was blown away by the quality of workmanship and fabric. I could not be happier with what I received and neither could my bridesmaids. i cannot thank Jen Jen House enough. "
"I am very disappointed with the after sales service and the quality of the material of my dress. The delivery time, making up etc was ace but the lining of my dress was a leopard skin print and the top material looked on the photo to be a taffeta
type. When it came, the top material was so thin, the lining showed through making the whole dress look a dirty pink and totally unwearable. I contacted JenJen who first offered me 50% discount but this was not good as I could not wear the dress. I made enquiries to return the dress which cost between £40-£60 and asked JenJen to cover the cost. Needless to say I have not heard anything back from them for several days now and I still have the dress. I also had to pay £12 duty on the dress before it was released from customs. I know this is not down to JenJen but customers need to be aware that this may happen. So far I am £130 out of pocket and not happy."
"My first clue that there was an issue was i had to send them a date when i needed the dress by and that came and went by and no dress, when it did arrive at my door i paid 42.00 customs fee before i could get the dress. When i opened the box it was not the dress i ordered off the website so i have tried to contact the company as i have only 7 days to return it and of course no return calls or emails The dress is nothing like what i ordered but looks like ill have to eat the costs But I'm also starting a website here in canada making canadians aware of Jen Jen House rip offs and at least it may save other canadians There is no Customer Service or phone number to contact them and once they have your money they don't care about the customer "

I have sent several more emails to this company. I am now on their ignore list. They sent two dress that I cannot wear. It was their mistake and their horrible alterations that ruined these dresses.
THEY DO NOT STAND BY THEIR PRODUCTS!!!!!

I am currently under going back and forth emails trying to get a refund.
The two dresses I ordered were both clearly a size or two larger and taken in to fill my order. The sides of the dress are buched up and uneven, the zipper poorly sewn in, the top portion of one was taken in inside (lining) but the outside fabric and shoulders forgotten about. The dresses are both totally useless to me.
They told me to take the dresses and have them altered and they would reimburse a % of the cost and said I had a size problem. There is no size problem, the dresses were poorly altered by JJHouse and I am being expected to keep an inferior product.
I do not have the time or the money to spend on these dresses.Nor do I have the time to exchange. This is so disappointing as I thought I really found a great place for special occasion dresses.
All I want is for JJHouse to do the honorable thing and take these dresses back and issue me a refund.
JJHouse if your listening....please do the right thing and send me the information to return these dresses."
"I ordered a dress from Jenjenhouse. The quality was okay but not more than that. The big problem was though that I had to pay 90 euros of extra costs to DHL for delivering the package!! This above the 48 euro's of 'shipping costs' that I already paid to Jenjenhouse. In total, this dress became VERY expensive and was certainely NOT worth this price.... "
