Dont do it ladies, i ordered 2 dresses and they were supposed to be delicate and sheer, they came from china with an import fee before they would deliver so that was another 32.oo, they were as thisc as quilts and ill fitting, they were like sumo suits!!! honestly.. i asked to return them and rcvd a reply that said there were 2 poor ladies in china making them and can i keep them anyway!!!!!!!!!!!!!! they havent replied to my request for a refund / returns note... PLEASE DONT BUY FROM JENJENHOUSE, there is no way this should be allowed and if i dont get help and they continue to ignore my plea then i will have no choice but to write to the consumer watchdog for help as it was expensive julie x :-( i think they are writing their own reviews on other sites. i have been trying since the day they were delivered."

"Can I just say I should have looked at reviews before purchasing anything from this company. I ordered a tiara for my wedding (which is now in six weeks time. ) on arrival of the tiara I found that it was bent at the top which was about tp fall of it did when I placed it back in the cardboard squashed box!!! I contacted the immediately, with yes no answer!!! I tried over and over again for days and days yea without any answer!!,.
Then I after about five days receive a message asking to sent photos in of the broken tiara, (which I found odd that's never happen before with any other company). So I went and took photos of both the tiara and the box as the tiaras top had made indents in the top of the cardboard box!!! Again I used the link they supplied yes and no I could not sent them, again days later and a hundred times trying and not getting through I de died to try on line chat. Which took me for ever to get in contact with as the kept cutting me of conveniently!! Then I got through I told them what was going on they told me to send the photos to the email beginning with ****@**** I have sent them that was five days ago and yes I have sent them messages after messages and they are ignoring me it seems this company is happy to take people's hard earned cash but when their is a problem they are unwilling to help just like every other email I have read when someone has a problem they seem to get no were!!, please read all the reveiws before parting with your money I no I will. I hope someone reads this at Jen Jen house and realises the stress and upset that they cause. I have come to the conclusion that I am never getting my tiara for my wedding so I will be a bride without a tiara so upset

I need to return the dress I purchased, the disks on the dress are not pulled tight to the material and it looks horrible....They tell me to send pictures and where u are suppose to upload it is blocked how nice for them . "The dress that I ordered and received was very quality made. It is heavy but that is because of the lining and the great quality of the dress. I ordered a dress a size larger than I normally wear and my own measurements, (bust, waist & hip) where within the measurements specified. Unfortunately, though the area between the bust and waist was too small -- and I could not zip up the dress. However, since JenJenHouse makes the dresses well, there is enough material left on the seams that my seamstress is able to let the dress out in that area so that it will fit. I did send an email to JenJenHouse to notify them of the problem and they did let me know that the extra material is left in the seams to allow for such an issue. It is a mother-of-the-bride dress and overall I am very satisfied with the quality of the dress - but since being a bit of an older woman -- not a young woman -- the mid-section was a bit small - but fortunately - a fixable problem for me. Thank you JenJenHouse for leaving extra material in the seams to accommodate. Susan"

"Don't buy from JenjenHouse.com!!! It's a waste of your money, as you will probably get a dress that doesn't fit. My dress was so big, you could easily fit two fists in it at the chest, when wearing it! When i wanted to return the dress, i was told that i must have done the measuring wrongly, even though i've sent pictures of myself showing correct measuring."

"I was a bit worried about how cheap all the dresses were, but i took the risk and ordered a wedding dress that my daughter fell in love with, we had it custom made and it arrived 10 days after i ordered it, i was nervous about opening the box thinking it only took 10 days to make a wedding dress what on earth will it look like. It was perfect just like the picture and the quality was great, im so impressed would deal with anytime."
