"The skirt is not properly cut out, is the wrong shape and is 3 sizes too big for the bodice of the dress.

The dress is not the same as the picture on the website - the picture on the website is soft and flowing, not with excess fabric at each side of the skirt. Have sent 2 emails to refund/resolve and these have not been responded to.

Overall am extremely disappointed, this is the most unflattering dress. Wish I had of done research and checked reviews before ordering.

"Fast shipping, very quick process. However, this dress is nothing more than a Halloween costume and there is NO WAY that I would want my mother to wear this dress to my wedding. The lace overlay on the bodice is very poorly sewn, there are garish beads all over it (which were not pictured and not mentioned in the order), and the overall effect is pageant/drag queen/Halloween. The dress was completely poorly made and it looked NOTHING like the picture. when i showed them how uneven and lopsided the dress was from the bust they told me to take it to a tailor and would refund me 20% for the "trouble" I paid $200.00 so they were going to give me $40 back for $100 dollars worth of alteration on top of what i had already paid for the dress. i complaoned again and they refused to return my dress stating they would give me 10% more back. I ordered this dress for my wedding and it was just a total disaster. DO NOT ORDER from them! i wish i wouldn't of had. :( so dissapointed"

"I am not the sort of person to leave comments about a purchase but I am SO ANGRY!!! I don't know what the people are talking about when they say that the quality of jen jen dresses is good because it is cheap and poor quality manufacturing. I have never purchased clothes online and so was taking a chance for the first time for a ball I am going to. I even had it custom made but it still doesn't fit. Most of all there is no quality in the workmanship - the lining is double thickness and because of the weight of it, the dress doesn't even stay up around the bust but gets dragged down. I am so disappointed and i would say NEVER BUY FROM JEN JEN HOUSE. They have also failed to respond to my requests for a refund. DO NOT WASTE A SINGLE CENT OF YOUR MONEY TO THEM! "The dresses are nothing like the photos!!!
We ordered custom made dresses and paid extra to ensure they were the right size. At the end they were like 2 sizes bigger!

After going through the pain of following all their requiremets for a refund includig taking dosens of photos to prove we were right in our claim and paying for posting the dresses back to china and waiting almost 60 days for a repply they have now desapear and we were left without the refund or the rubbish dresses. I'm starting to believe they do this to a lot of people and use the same rubbish dresses over and over again.

These people are really smart. They make you wait with the promise that you will get your money back. By the time when you realice you won't get any money back it is too late to even try to make a dispute through your credit card.

Another interesting point is that the invoice than come with the dresses have a much lower price than what you actually pay for the dresses. Wonder if it is right to declare the merchandise with a lower price? Could we do something to notify customs of this situation and will them finally be penalized for what they do??!???

"My biggest mistake was not to read any of jenjenhouse reviews!

I ordered a dress and a wrap too - both intentionally for my reception party.

-My order did not arrive on time so I asked for my shipment cost - which was dealt with smoothly and jenjenhouse refunded me £20.14
-When I eventually received my order (5 days late on 13/Aug/12) I had to pay £24 customs fee to UPS. I was very disappointed, felt rather cheated! However, the dress was made how it was photographed, but it was not the correct material i.e CHIFFON. it was made in georgette, (which is a defect, and is their fault - I have every right to return my goods) and the wrap look horrible ans not the standard size. I contached jenjenhouse within that hour to arrange a return...

- they tried to convince me that it was made in chiffon material, when it clearly wasn't (I own a lot of chiffon clothes and I know what the material looks and feels like). I sent/replied to few emails and a photo for them to stop convincing me!...
-Secondly, they don't seem to be interested in taking the dress back - offered me £20%, I refused and now they have offered 30% off, I still refused - Whats the point in keeping a dress you will never wear!
- It's been a week and after several email exchanges I am still waiting for a return address.

I will not rest nor give up until i get my money back (although it's not gonna be much after all those extra charges)

How can I report jenjenhouse.com? I do not want them doing dcams with anyone else. they should not be allowed to do business in the UK."
