"We ordered two mid-century modern chairs (Soto Concave Arm Chairs) and a similar table in mid-May and were told the products would arrive in 10-12 weeks. There were construction delays and we were told that the chairs were ready in late August, but that they could not separate the order for shipping, so the chairs were sitting in a warehouse waiting for the table to ship. Frustrated, we cancelled the order for the table and asked that they ship the chairs. One month later, in early October, the chairs arrived and both were broken to the point where they could not be sat on. One had two broken pieces of wood and the glue on the seam had never bonded on the other. The arm rest was completely detached from the leg piece. The Company was difficult to communicate with and it was a wholly frustrating experience."

"This is a great company to purchase from if you want to spend a couple grand on furniture that you'll never see. I don't know how they get away with this, because I've found that I'm not the only one. In my case, they sent part of my sofa, but never the legs. And the legs are an essential part of the look/design of the sofa. It's now damaged from sitting on my floor for months and is still incomplete. I'm sick that I spent that much money and don't have anything to show for it. "

"Took quite a long time for my furniture to arrive but once it did I was very happy with it! Unfortunately there was a minor cosmetic issue with the chair but they rectified it with replacement as quick as they could."

"We purchased our Hughes sectional in 2015 and we love it. It is well made, and looks fantastic and the customer service during the ordering process was very helpful.. We had an unfortunate incident this summer where one of the cushions was damaged beyond repair. Again customer service was incredible and solved our problem! We are looking forward to needing some new furniture so we can buy another joybird piece. "

"I am so glad I gave the Hughes Sleeper a chance! Though it took a couple of tries to nail down the date/time for delivery, the Hughes is in my apartment now, tying it all together and looking like a midcentury modern dream. The sofa is somewhat firm, but quite comfortable, and I think it will hold up well to friends and pets. I haven't used the sleeper yet, but I did pull it out -- so easy! and just as easy to put away! -- and it's quite comfortable. Great sofa!"
