Great Customer Service

"Very happy with Joybird product and especially customer service. Shipping/production time could be better (that's why just 4 stars). I had to replace the first sofa I purchased because the fabric just didn't hold up. Joybird was terrific about the exchange and couldn't be happier with the sofa that is now about a 2 1/2 yrs old. "

Great product and incredible customer service!

"We love our new Hughes Apartment Sofa. It's comfortable and looks great. Our daughter is rough on it, spills food, draws on it with markers (probably not something they'd say it's designed for), yet it always cleans up easily and looks brand new afterward. We had a minor problem with our couch wobbling, so Joybird sent us an entirely new sofa and took the original one away. Problem solved!"

Selection, Quality, Style, Service

"Every aspect of this order from shopping to delivery to using the furniture has been outstanding. The only difficult process was trying to decide which beautiful fabric to choose. The pet-friendly fabric wipes clean easily and feels luxurious. The leather only gets more beautiful with use. We could not be more satisfied with our new furniture! Really looking forward to shopping for more with Joybird!"

Worry free online buying

"Buying furniture on-line can be scary! Could it possibly look as good as it appears in a picture? Will it be cheap furniture at a premium price? If you have an issue will that great purchasing customer service disappear after your furniture arrives? Have no fears, when you buy from Joybird! Love, love my sectional! And the service? It’s been about 2 years since I bought a Cole sectional from Joybird. My beloved Frenchie likes to scratch on the furniture. I emailed Joybird asking if it was possible to get a replacement cover for a seat cushion. They no longer make my sectional, but they offered to send me the fabric to have a new cushion made...FOR FREE! Quality, service, and a great price! If you’re looking at mid century mod.. feel confident purchasing from Joybird!

So great it inspired me to redesign my living room!

"1. Furniture is fantastic quality. My kid threw up on my new sectional, and the silver lining was that I had to strip the cushions to then appreciate how it was all put together — the foam core, the fitted fill on top of it, the soft and durable fabric that really is kid friendly — good stuff.
2. Awesome customer support and frequent updates about the product from initial indication of interest to delivery of fabric swatches to product selection to build to delivery.
3. Delivery partner JB Hunt Last Mile (did I get that right?) were so lovely and professional and extended the great customer service through to the last touchpoint.
4. Looked so great in my living room that I was inspired to sand and refinish my wood floors, repaint my walls and order new window treatments... like when you buy killer shoes and need to build a new outfit around it,

Great sofa!

"We've had our Korver sofa for a few months and really love it. It is a little deeper than we expected but a few pillows do the trick and help pull the room together. Customer service has been responsive and very helpful. We'll definitely return to Joybird next time we're looking for some new furniture!"

Two completely different Joybird experiences...

"I really don't know how to feel about Joybird right now. Over a year ago, I had an amazing experience with the first couch, pillows, and rug I ordered for my office. This was the Eliot sofa in lucky turquoise and it is still holding up as a beautiful couch, continues to get compliments from my clients, and is really great quality. In fact, I had an issue with some of the buttons popping off several months ago and Joybird immediately replaced the entire cushion. I felt great about ordering from them when it came time to finance another couch for our house. I decided on the Holt modular sectional with bumper in synergy pewter (kid/pet friendly gray fabric that you REALLY need to pay attention to with how to clean because you can't use any water-based cleaner on that fabric & I'm glad I looked that up first).
We had a terrible experience with the delivery company that communicated horribly, never showing up the first time they were scheduled and not even calling to explain. This was over a holiday weekend and we had to wait, wondering where our couch went (because we'd had this notification that it was loaded on to the truck and sent out for delivery). Joybird's communication with us was great, but they outsource for the shipping and the shipping company was rude, unapologetic, and unprofessional. The couch arrived and it was a little defective because the brackets didn't line up and one side was missing a bracket entirely. Joybird had to send out a repair person...which took a couple of weeks and I had to miss another day of work (which is 3 total...since I had to take off both times the couch was supposed to arrive). Joybird offered me a small compensation, but I had to wait until the whole thing was over and then go back to them and ask for the compensation (which felt really, really gross). And now I keep getting emails to do surveys and I'm all over the place with how I feel. I'm continuing to be honest with Joybird and they're continuing to ask me to tell them more....so I get the impression that they really do care and want to learn from their mistakes. I know that the part about the shipping company was especially unfortunate because they have to outsource their shipping. But the part about the couch being defective is weird to me because they supposedly go through quality control checks. And it takes several months for the couch to be built and sent out...so I don't understand why this happened. It also happened with the other couches in this Holt series....so at least I know I'm not alone!

Buying furniture sight unseen

"I have to admit, I was a little wary of buying thousands of dollars in furniture with out ever being able to test it out in person. But, as they say happy wife, happy life. We went ahead with the purchase from Joy Bird. One of the best parts of this website is that they post other customers photos with the future they purchased. This really gives you a realistic look at how the furniture will look at home and not in a professional photo studio. The staff will send you updates on your build and are willing to answer questions anytime. The customer service is huge part of this company and it shows. We love our new furniture and will purchase from Joybird in the future."

Love our sofa bed!

"We are really pleased to have found Joybird Furniture. We looked and looked at so many boring sofa beds and then discovered Joybird! Our new Hopson sleeper sofa is a cool design, great for our long legs and the fabric is the best! We chose the Fabric Mixology Indigo fabric (online pictures do not do this fabric justice so having the swatches really helps), with a mocha wood stain and the memory foam mattress. Production team kept us updated on the progress of building our sleeper sofa, it was delivered on time and the customer service is the absolute best. Thank you Joybird!
