"We were very excited to order a new Stowes sectional... that's about all the positives I can give.

Our Stowes sectional had several issues: it was very late on delivery, the fabric began to wrinkle between tufts, threads started pulling off, what looks like overspray for wood coloring stained the bottom lip of couch, fabric is extremely thin and looking bare on the back side.

Customer service has constantly given us a "We're so sorry we haven't answered in days/weeks/months. Your replacement order is on the way" for almost 6 months now."

The construction and high design cannot be beat - I have a family of 5 who has given our 3+ year old Hopson sleeper sofa a real workout and you would think from the looks of it that it was delivered yesterday. What's more... I was slightly disappointed to see that the cushion tufting on the new piece was of higher quality than the older one. So I called up Joybird's awesome customer service team and they offered to remake the old cushions in the same fashion as the new ones and send them at no additional cost to me. I mean - who does that!!??

"Proud owner on the Holt Storage Sectional and is amazing in all ways. Was a bit skeptical without being able to see it before ordering but the sample process and options was reassuring. if you are in need of an easy pillow/blanket storage it is a great feature built into the sectional. The fabric is top quality and is by far the most comfortable couch. If you are a dog owner the fabric seems durable so far and also has the floorboard to prevent toys from going under the couch. Dog owners would understand this frustration. its a pleasure working this company and the customer service is outstanding. Couldnt be more pleased and would recommend anyone looking for a quality piece of furniture look no further."
