"Ordered mothers day flowers for my wife. It was a huge $65 bouquet on the picture. Well mothers day rolled around it never came. I called just to be hung up on over and over and never spoke to a single person. Called and called on Monday, they said it would come, finally it came Monday Night, all they gave me was 3 roses, 2 open lilies and a couple unopened lilies, just thrown in a vase not situated nicely or anything and no filler. OH OH and the card with my note was written on a half tore up piece of paper! Nice really nice! They still won't refund me!!!DONT ORDER FROM THEM!! "

"I also ordered flowers for Mother's Day with a Saturday delivery. Not only were they NOT delivered, but when you go to the website to cancel, they only give you an option for a later delivery date. I opted for the next day delivery and they sent me an email to confirm the rescheduled date...it's now Wednesday night and the flowers have not been delivered yet!!! This is the worst floral company ever. DO NOT ORDER FROM JUSTFLOWERS.COM"

"I am another person who ordered flowers to be delivered on Mother's Day weekend. I designated Saturday, May 12th, and by Sunday afternoon Pacific (she is in the Central time zone) they still had not arrived. I called that afternoon and was on hold for over 30 minutes and had to hang up. I sent an email, which was never replied to. They were eventually delivered sometime Monday morning and they sat there all day because my mom was at work.

I am getting the runaround. I asked for consideration, and they offered a $7.50 credit towards my next purchase. As if there would be a next purchase!!!

"I agree with everyone here: DO NOT ORDER FROM JUSTFLOWERS.COM!!

I do have one piece of advice for people who have been scammed by this website and are attempting to get their money back, however. Don't try calling the 1-800 numbers they give you. Rather, use the online chat support at justflowers.com. It takes a long time, but it's not nearly as annoying as being on the phone, and they can't hang up on you. I was able to get my order cancelled in less than 30 minutes, as opposed to the day-long phone call that other people experienced with this awful company.

Like other reviewers said, they tried to offer me discounts instead of a refund, but I insisted on a refund. Then the online support person gave me the option of calling a 1-800 number or emailing them to finalize my cancellation, or she said she could call me. After having been hung up on multiple times be the 1-800 numbers, and not trusting that I would ever hear from them again if I emailed them, I gave her my number and told her to call me right away, which she (surprisingly) did. As soon as I got off the phone with her, I received an email confirming the cancellation of my order. There is hope for you if you've been scammed!

"DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!! I did not get what I ordered or paid for! Customer service was terrible!! You will get the "run around" when you call to resolve your problem with them. They will not hold themselves accountable for taking your hard earned money and not providing the product they advertise! They are a "RIP OFF"! BEWARE!!!!! I ordered specifically red, white, and blue funeral flowers for my uncle who was a WORLD WAR II veteran and more than deserving of this respect and honor for his unselfish and courageous service to OUR country. They totally disrespected him with this incorrect and inept arrangement. The description was for "RED and WHITE" roses and add blue flowers. There was NOT ONE white rose at all and only 3 red roses. The rest was mostly carnations. AND not one BLUE flower!! To make it even worse - they didn't even put the bow in it that was listed in the description!! I even upgraded (PAID MORE MONEY!) my order for the blue flowers to be added! The filler in it was dry and looked terrible! They will not reimburse me for their poor excuse for funeral flowers!! "justflowers.com failed to deliver for Mother's Day as they had promised. I actually wanted them to deliver Saturday. The delivery never occurred Saturday or Sunday, but they were happy to bill my credit card anyway. Calling their "service" line is futile, I ahve been on hold in the 7 attempts to call them just to get a recording to call later and them hanging up.
In the past I had used proflowers.com, I never had any problems.
going to justflowers was a mistake.

i ordered flowers for mothers day and they assured me they would be delivered on sunday. They never caim...then I rescheduled for monday..they never showed these people were not wanting to refund me and on top of that i called the only 3 florist in the town they could of possibly used to have the flowers delivered and no one even had my order but had recieved calls from just flowers asking if they could full fill the order...needless to say my mom didnt get flowers and i had to go through my own bank to get my money back

"I will NEVER EVER order from this company again. Their customer service is aweful. Their system is aweful. I ordered flowers for my mom for Mother's Day and they never arrived. I didn't receive an e-mail conformation so I called to get this. I was on hold for hours. I called the "order" line and they took my call right away. But then said there was nothing they could so and I had to call the service number. I finally got through and was told someone would look into this and call me back...no one ever did. By the way, if you are on hold long enough, the phone will hang up on you. I e-mailed service and got an auto response but never got another one. On my 7th call, I talked to someone who told me the order was fine and sent me a confirmation. BUT THE FLOWERS NEVER ARRIVED.
They ruined my mother's day because I spent the whole day on the phone and ruined my mom's mother's day because she never got her flowers.

"DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!
i had to call my credit card company and change the card number. as soon as i gave my credit card number, the representative hung up. it took me 1.5 hours to get in touch with someone, and they were so hesitant to cancel my order. they said "instead of canceling, how about we give you $10 off your next order?" YOULL NEVER GET ANOTHER ORDER FROM ME AGAIN!!!

i called american express and they said the order was charged, and it was $50 over what it was supposed to be anyway!!! SO happy i called american express immediately to freeze the order before it could be placed.

SUCH FRAUDS!! i hope they get shut down!

"TERRIBLE business. Team of incompetent rookies totally screwed up my order and gave me wrong information in addition to making things worse than they already are. I spoke with the manager and asked for a refund, since when I placed the order it said "If you would like the flowers to be delivered by 1:00pm instead of 5:00pm please pay extra...blah blah" VERY misleading, as I was told there is a sentence somewhere buried that it can take up to 9:00pm. Who the hell stays at work until 9:00pm on a Friday at a business office???? If that was the case there should have been some kind of a warning that you would end up paying $70 for a bouquet that may not be sent to the receiver.

HIGHWAY ROBBERY

Not only that, but when I asked one of the managers for his boss's email address so I could write to her he LIED and said she didn't have one. Horrible business. It really is no wonder they have 1 star.

Hope they go out of business, they deserve to.

BTW - those should all be either 1/2 stars or 1/4 stars. The option was not there.

"The worst online flower seller ever! I ordered some roses for my girlfriend from justflowers.com, was charged over $100. Then they call and say they can't deliver what I ordered, could they substitute, I said no just refund my money. That was a week ago, still no refund. Avoid them like the plague"

"I'm extremely disappointed with this company. I ordered flowers today for a friend and when she sent me a pic of them, I almost fell off my chair. It's NOTHING like the one I ordered, it's half the size and is extremely sparse. I just wish I had read the reviews before giving my business to this company. I will NEVER use them again!! "
