"I’ve had justfab for about 7 years and it had been a vicious cycle of constant charges every month and not fair that I was being penalized for ‘not skipping the month’ I’ve called multiple times over the years to cancel and the specialists I swear would not let me cancel. Super frustrating when I call to cancel and literally spend 10 minutes pleading to the staff member that you want to cancel because of the stupid monthly charges that are not refundable but are store credit forcing you to keep spending. No I don’t want to give you a chance, I just want my money back. "
