"I decided to cancel my account so I placed an order to use up my credits from those months that I forgot to skip. I called today to cancel and was told that I have to call back after I get my order because if something is wrong with my order they wont offer exchanges or returns. WHAT!? You wont warranty your product? Not to mention that the gal on the phones would rather not be bothered with my inquiry as to why you refer customers to your chat that does not exist. Pretty poor experience for such a long time customer. "
