"I have been frustrated for months because supply does not keep up with demand on Just Fab. They never have the items I like in a size I can wear. It has been a full six months since I have used my membership to purchase anything. When things go on clearance, the only sizes available are the very smallest tops and the very largest shoes. They sell out of every reasonable size prior to the end of the month they present a new product. I finally found items that will work for my needs, but none of them are really what I was looking for.
I would also like to see shoes available in a block heel of two or 2-1/2 inches. Everything is completely flat which is bad for your back or extremely high and impossible for most normal people to wear on a daily basis. Neither is practical for people who hold real jobs and need practical shoes for walking and working. I understand your idea of fashion dictates one or the other, but most people want some heel but not a ridiculous spike, and practical support for comfort. "

"I have been a member of JustFab for over 5 years and normally I love the things I get and what not and love the option to skip my boutique or get the charge credit and spend as I would like. However, lately they are "forgetting" to send the skip the boutique options and I get charged. Now it's to the point where I have to incorporate it in my planner to skip my boutique or not. Very frustrating as credit cannot be returned, almost seems like a scam and this has only been happening recently. Very unfortunate. Debating on canceling the whole service now because of it. "

"Placed an order over a month ago sent it back the day it was delivered to exchange for different sizes on two pairs of shoes. Have called twice and they have no information for me and cant give me an update and are saying that they are still in processing ( over a month later ) and cannot send my replacements until it has been received back to them. Very annoying and frustrating because I really liked the shoes and wanted to make sure I will receive the replacements before they are sold out. "
