"I recently moved, but when I placed my last order, I didn't realize I hadn't updated my address until I had already submitted my order. It should be an easy fix, but it's not. There is not a way to edit the shipping address for an order, even though this is common with many other sellers. I tried to do the online customer service chat. I waited over an hour for a response. When it came, I didn't notice it as I had been waiting so long (there is no sound or anything to alert you that someone is finally there). A few mins later, when I looked at the status, I saw an agent had finally arrived a few mins prior, and closed the chat within 1 min with no response from me. So I called the customer assistance line. It told me 183 callers were ahead of me, with a projected wait time of 25 mins. It told me to hang up, and it would call my phone when my place in the line came up. 7 hours later, no call back. I called again first thing the next morning and was able to get right through. The person who helped me was very polite and able to fix my issue quickly, which is why they get 2 stars instead of one. After my order arrives, I will be cancelling my membership. That has to be done by phone which is infuriating, and I expect an even bigger hassle to get this done. Find somewhere else to get cheap clothes (also, the products are really barely worth the money IMO. You definitely get only what you pay for)"

I had to fight them to cancel mine and they finally did but not before offering me everything they could to keep the membership. If you want to pay $40.00 a month for some points and a little off their products then this is the perfect place for you!
You pay for the membership without even knowing btw. After you make your first purchase, you will be charged the $40 between the 1st and the 6th (I believe) each month. "
