"Just fab used to have a ton of cute, trendy shoes and clothes. Now everything is ugly and/or boring. They might as well get rid of plus sizes because there are only ever 2 or 3 items available and only the basics. I used to be able to excuse the poor quality of the shoes because they were trendy and unlikely to be worn long term, but now they are ugly AND poor quality.
You also keep making it harder to skip the month -- it used to be at the top of the product page, then it moved to your personal product recommendation page, then to your account page. I shouldn't have to go searching for it.
It's also so hard to cancel a membership -- the customer service are just doing their jobs, but they really give you the run around."
