"I like the shoes but I didn’t like the new policies. In the past if you buy something in the 5 first days you didn’t need to skip the month. Also, I have my favorite styles and when I want to buy the same style in different color but it sold out but never come back again."

"Although I am grateful to have ordered some business casual flats I really like. I am not happy I was unable to use my $49.95 Membership Credit to purchase them.
