"Well I mean it was pretty simple I ordered a pair of boots and actually the ones I originally ordered I noticed after I placed the order that they were the wrong size so I went online chatted with justfab got the order canceled no problems and just reordered the boots in the correct size and they should be here tomorrow I can't wait!! I have ordered stuff from them numerous times and never had any issues with quality or anything I would recommend justFab everybody as a matter of fact I do recommend them to everybody"

"The new vip credit program, while it does give the opportunity to bundle and purchase upwards of $80 worth or merch with a $49 credit, for the most part it screws over majority of your customers since A. products are ALWAYS on sale and you can now only apply one credit to one item or bundling (which my bundle came to $15) and B. it doesn't apply the FUNDS, just a credit token essentially and your customers by in large ARE LOSING MONEY! I have 5 credits and every time i try to use them everything is on sale and i know i will lose money- so i wait to find something full price. This makes NO SENSE. What the customer wants matters and I shouldn't have to stockpile MY MONEY which you have now for things only at full price. I should be able to spend it as I wish. This keeps money in your pocket and actually creates an environment where the customer is then advised "pay out of pocket for this purchase to not lose most of your credit and then use your credit in the future for a full prices item." Insanity. So i give you more money on top of what i already have. This is ludicrous and as soon as my order arrives I'm cancelling and will be warning my friends to do the same. I've been a customer for about a decade and this company is now a full blown scam."
