"My first order took 2 weeks to get notified items were discontinued. We found replacement items and 6 weeks later they arrived. We were missing one toilet, which was replaced quickly to their credit, but only parts of the Toto sinks were shipped and replacements were to be another 4 weeks before shipping. The faucets we ordered were described as complete units online, but arrived as partial faucets, not including mixing valves or controllers. I wound up paying shipping charges and a restock fee, and weeks of waiting again for the refund. So, overall, slow, expensive and poorly organized product descriptions. It wound up costing me a lot and delaying the project 2 months. You are much better off sourcing materials locally than here.
